AI Elevation

You came here from an email about the job you keep putting off.

What is that annoying thing?

Done. Dave will be in touch.

He will read this before reaching out, so you will not have to repeat yourself. Expect to hear from him within a working day.

A few examples of what this looks like in practice
A tiling firm was losing an evening a week writing up quotes from notes taken on site. Now the quote writes itself from a two-line message, and the customer gets it before the tiler is back to the yard. (This one used a bit of clever tech.)
A lettings agent was answering the same tenant questions forty times a week. Now tenants get instant answers and the office gets its mornings back. (This one was mostly just a better-organised FAQ. No AI in sight.)
A wholesaler was re-typing every supplier order by hand and occasionally paying for a typo that slipped through. Now the orders arrive already entered, correctly. (A quiet bit of automation. Nobody had to learn any new software.)
Running a business gives you two kinds of headaches. The metaphorical ones: the jobs that never get done, the thing that keeps going wrong, the afternoon that disappears into the to-do list. And the literal one you get at six o'clock from doing them anyway. Sort the first kind and the second tends to sort itself out.
